M9 F9 Medium Pocket Filter
Product Overview
The pocket filter is suitable for intermediate filtration in an air conditioning system, located in front of the HEPA filter. It is mainly used to filter 1–5 μm dust particles to protect the downstream filters in the system and the system itself, with the advantages of small resistance and a large volume of air.
The filter material is made of high-performance non-woven fabric by the thermal melting process, avoiding the discomfort caused to the human body by old-fashioned glass fiber materials. The media contains electrostatic fiber, which has an excellent filtering effect on sub-micron dust.
Available in M5/M6/F7/F8/F9 grades with bag-type, frame-type, and combination-type styles, our synthetic pocket filters feature extra-long service life, high burst resistance, and low pressure drop — keeping initial resistance to a minimum while maintaining high filtration efficiency.
Key Features
• Extra long service life — reduces replacement frequency and maintenance cost
• High burst resistance — durable media withstands demanding HVAC duty
• Large surface area — high dust holding capacity with low pressure drop
• Fits all commonly used filter frames — easy retrofit into existing filter banks
• High efficiencies at low pressure drops — energy-saving operation
• Uniform identification by appearance color — M5/M6/F7/F8/F9 grades easy to identify on site

application
• Intermediate filtration in air conditioning systems — located in front of the HEPA filter
• Commercial and industrial HVAC ventilation systems
• Cleanroom pre-filtration stages protecting downstream HEPA filters
• Paint shops, manufacturing facilities, and general industrial ventilation
Maintenance & Service Life
• Under the rated air volume, the filter should be replaced in 3–6 months.
• Replace immediately when resistance reaches 450 Pa or more.
• Washable filter material: wash with clean water or neutral detergent solution, dry, and reuse — wash up to two times, then replace.
• In environments with high dust concentration, service life will be shortened.
