Paint Arrestor Filter
Product Overview
The paint arrestor filter from Guangzhou LJF is the workhorse floor filter of professional spray booths. Laid on the booth floor, it captures overspray and paint mist drawn down by the exhaust airflow, protecting the exhaust fans, ducting, and the outside environment from paint contamination while keeping booth performance consistent.
Our media is made from continuous-filament fiberglass with a progressive-density structure: the fibers graduate from coarse on the air-entry face to fine on the exit face, trapping paint particles throughout the full depth of the media instead of forming a surface skin. This deep-bed design delivers outstanding dust holding capacity of up to 5,000 g/m² and stable airflow until saturation.
Fully compatible with solvent-based and water-based paints, the media withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 170 °C and is self-extinguishing, meeting the fire safety requirements of high-heat industrial spray booths.
